Come and see our local chefs entertaining and educating on a vast range of organic foods available in the Nelson/Tasman region. Brunch, comfort food for the winter, tasty lunches and desserts will all be on offer; and all our food will definitely be organic, healthy, seasonal, and available locally. Ecofest Organic Cuisine demonstrations will be held regularly, Saturday and Sunday at the Ecofest Expo, for your viewing and tasting pleasure. All demonstrators will provide recipes for the meals they produce.

The Organic Cuisine area will also have available a delicious variety of organic food, wine, beer and beverage stands, giving you the opportunity to sample and purchase the quality organic and seasonal products from throughout our region. And of course, there’s our Organic Cuisine Café, with our own special brand of Ecofest organic tea. Bring the whole family along and taste the difference.
